When Free Staters Come Home

Nearly 40 people (perhaps more - not all pictured) showed up to help Bill and Kate, the newest early movers to the Free State, move into their home. The moving truck was more than half-empty by the time I arrived (at the official starting time of noon) and was finished in short order soon after. While a few left early, the porcupines and undergrounders trickled in as the day continued. It still amazes me, the amount of support that this group of people give. Both Bill and Kate were impressed by the showing and help. Great food, drink and conversation well into the early evening.
